CHL Classes

New License CHL class fee is $100.00 which includes Fingerprints, Photos, Range Fee, & Notary service. Coffee and doughnuts will be available for breakfast. A working lunch will be provided consisting of a sandwich, chips, cookies, water and/or ice tea.

Renewal CHL class fee is $65.00 which includes Range Fee & Notary service. Coffee and doughnuts will be available for breakfast.

NOTICE: CLASSES WITH LESS THAN 4 STUDENTS REGISTERED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS DATE WILL BE CANCELED AND THE STUDENTS WILL BE CONTACTED FOR REGISTRATION IN ANOTHER UPCOMING CLASS.

In preparation for the CHL class, we recommend that you visit the DPS CHL Website for more information and to request your student packet. By doing this, you will have a method for tracking your application once you have completed the class and mailed your packet back to DPS for processing. This will require you to pay the necessary license fee while you are on-line with DPS.
